In this episode, we sat down with Pentair’s National Training Manager Sue Robach to discuss the Pentair Master Service Program. When we ran Brothers Pool Service, we were always trying to find ways to make us and our team better. We were also constantly looking for topics to discuss during our weekly meetings and we think that this would have been a great resource to have. For many companies out there, the summer will be coming to an end which will allow more time for education. What better way to educate yourself than to enroll in the Pentair Master Service Program? With the ability to give each employee their own login, they can all go through the program individually or you can do it as a team. Either way, the Pentair Master Service Program provides a learning opportunity like no other. Whether you choose to install Pentair equipment on most jobs like we did or you have a few pools with their equipment on them, you will need to learn how to troubleshoot and this program provides the tools to help you do just that. In addition to that, you will get access to some amazing tools such as the Tech Smart, Pool IQ, and Pool Pad Pro apps.
