Episode 70: Relationships Between Pool Service & Pool Remodel Companies with Alan and Jeff Smith

Relationships between pool service companies and pool remodel companies can be touchy at times, especially if something goes wrong with a surface and fingers start to get pointed. This is why we asked Alan & Jeff Smith to come on the podcast and discuss how they handle the situation at Alan Smith Pool Plastering. They have always looked at the pool service companies as great companies to partner with and Alan even says “they built our business”. We discuss the strategies and systems they use to make sure that they are keeping a strong bond with the companies they work with.

They have even put on a pool service appreciation day for the last 7 years. This day includes free breakfast and lunch, free educational seminars, drawings for prizes, and even a live plaster and hydro blast demonstration. It's a great way to learn and build a relationship with a great company. If you are in the Southern California area or feel like traveling there, we encourage you to check it out.
