He has over 30 years experience in the industry, with a ton of certifications, and provides a unique way of looking at this business from a different perspective.

Rich believes when you lay the foundational and the ground work by getting educated, you can educate the customer, and provide a level of service that meets the customer's needs. This allows you to not just make money, but become a legitimate profitable business. One that can not only provide you with a quality life, but your employees as well.
